an angry leaflet campaign, aimed to deter constituents from voting for him.

The other was issued by Keith Mann, from the Animal Protection Party, who
is running against Dr Harris. It said, "Harris is the most vocal supporter
of Oxford University's secret animal research programmes. Here researchers
attack the brains of monkey's [sic] in order to replicate the symptoms of
