Vegans Beware

On the face of it the vegan way of living is the most conducive to good health longevity and minimal impact. For the animals stuck in the middle of some imaginary ‘food chain’ vegans are King of the People. Thirty percent of the entire Earth’s land surface - totalling a massive 70% of all agricultural land - is used for rearing animals to eat. Vastly more calories can be grown on the land used to feed people directly. And the negative energy that flows into our world when we without a moments rest force knives into the throats of the millions of trusting animals that have gobbled all the crops is reduced dramatically when vegans gather. These are significant Brownie Points for the this approach but the point I make here is that we have to tread carefully when claiming it is a given that vegans are healthier.

Vegans take note. There is more to know. We must never claim we know it all because that's a really ugly quality.

I am certain in my belief that humanity is being deliberately led to a poor diet with a view to making us stupid and sick. Look around! Conspiracy or coincidence is not my issue here just the fact that it is so and we are all affected. Our food is suffering the ravages of some perverse evil, which leaves us stricken with poisons and pain rather than health and happiness. It is only in the interests of the makers of this ill that we don't address it. We are assured by those who control what the media feeds us that pesticides are safe, for example, this largely based on intrinsically flawed laboratory animal poisoning programmes, which seem able to prove pretty much anything the instigator desires. But the truth is, as ever, elsewhere.

Just because we can call it vegan doesn't mean it's good for us. Washing the veggies under the tap is one way many of us seek to reduce the amount of pesticides in our meal but who would have thought that the makers of these invisible killers would devise them to hang around in spite of the elements. Often repeatedly sprayed during the growing cycle (and once out of the ground) the nasties work their way into the once pure plant stem to make themselves available to unsuspecting insects feasting out. So we use soapy water to wash the chemicals off, right? It would perhaps be more prudent to do so than water alone and then to wash off the soapy water as this may in itself prove to be something the body could best do without. Many vegan toiletries and cleaning products do still contain really nasty ingredients, stuff the average, educated idiot would baulk at. Better yet a simple fruit and vegetable wash to make at home.

Vinegar is antibacterial and has been used for centuries as a cleanser and preservative. A mixture of vinegar and water makes an ideal soak for fruit and vegetables. 5 – 10 minutes in a bowl before rinsing in clean water will serve you well in removing the vast majority of nasties.

Or use 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 1 cup (250ml) of water. Put the mixture in a spray-topped bottle. Spray the fruit or vegetables, leave to sit for 5--10 minutes, then rinse well. Or use

1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons white vinegar (distilled works best), 1 cup (250ml) water. Spray the fruit or vegetables, rinse and enjoy.

Synthetic pesticides are serious chemicals which begin their journey to our daily diet by being tested on animals. This means in brutally simple terms that caged animals were killed by the poisons which were then passed as safe for human consumption. It's reckless to assume that the results of crude and unscientific methods of testing have established the truth, when a wealth of evidence points to precisely the opposite, but the point here is that the animals all died and that is meant to indicate the effect on people. So, poisons are given a certificate of safety and poured liberally onto the food we are sold and onto the soil it grows in to fight the bugs in the air and ground Modern farmers use tremendous amounts of these chemicals on our food. Unless consumed in large quantities they won't kill you instantly but will accumulate.

“A systemic pesticide moves inside a plant following absorption by the plant. With insecticides and most fungicides, this movement is usually upward (through the xylem) and outward.” (

Pesticides are carried in the wind and are washed into the earth and build up in the water ways. In the vast majority of the time when sprayed pesticides 'drift' on the air or are blown to a destination other than the target.

According to Wikipedia: “over 98% of sprayed insecticides and 95% of herbicides reach a destination other than their target species, including non-target species, air, water and soil. Strong evidence also exists for other negative outcomes from pesticide exposure including neurological, birth defects, fetal death and neurodevelopmental disorder.”

From Friends of the Earth: “Endocrine disrupting chemicals are found in a variety of products, such as pesticides... These chemicals interfere with the working of the hormone system in mammals, birds, amphibians and fish. Their potential health effects include reproductive disorders, cancer and impaired development.”

For crying out loud pesticides are designed to reduce biodiversity! They destroy habitat especially for insects and birds. Some wildlife of course adapts, or 'resists' the pesticides, and so do the target species for whose offspring the devil's workmen seek to create even more powerful killer chemicals to deal with. It's a never ending cycle with only one outcome. We must resist all this weirdness.


I have vowed to never again claim that nothing surprises me because so much does. It pleases me to say this because it means I am learning. Let's take the use of pesticides on potatoes for example. I once assumed because they grow underground they'd be pesticide free but no, oh no. They are packed full of surprises. "Potato fields are sterilized before planting with a soil fumigant that kills all of the soil microbes and nematodes. When the potato "eyes" are planted, a systemic insecticide is sprayed over the fields to kill any bugs that may eat the sprouts. A month or so after that, the first herbicide is applied to kill any weeds hardy enough to grow. Because most of the soil nutrients have been eliminated, synthetic fertilizers are dripped into the potato rows every week, like an IV drip of chemical nutrients. Mid growth, many potato fields are sprayed yet again with the highly toxic organophosphate Monitor to kill aphids, potato beetles and other insects. Finally, to control blight before harvest, potato plants receive successive sprayings of a fungicide containing mefenoxam and clorothalonil, both acute toxins. Given this chemically intensive growth cycle, it's not surprising that a majority of potatoes, especially Russets, test positive for multiple pesticide residues."

At the forefront of our civilisation in the US according to Cindy Burke no less than sixty five pesticides, fungicides and herbicides are registered for use on strawberries. The problem is the same whatever the extent, no matter where you are. Synthetic pesticides are a poison.

According to the World Health Organization, there were three million cases of severe pesticide poisoning and 20,000 deaths globally in 1996. Most commercial growers use methyl bromide which is primarily a toxic, ozone-depleting chemical used by food producers to eradicate fungus, nematodes, micro-organisms and unwanted plants, effectively killing all life in the strawberry growing soil. And then there's the stuff they spray on the food between it coming out of the ground and hitting the shelves in order to help maintain its look or longevity. Are we daft? Certain vegetables and fruits contain more pesticide residue at the time of consumption than others but these seem to contain the highest pesticide residue. There are variations depending on who you reference.

It potentially gets worse but fear not the solutions are obvious.

If your instinct is to wash your veggies in something soapy then do take a look for Sodium Laurel Sulphate in the ingredients. Not all personal cleaning products contain it but most of them do. There may be many other chemicals included but this is arguably the most damaging.

Sodium Laurel/Laureth Sulphates are used to make the froth in shampoo, soap & toothpastes.

SLS/SLES go by many other names (including sodium dodecylsulfate & Gardenol) and have many other uses. The main industrial use is as an ingredient in floor de-waxers, engine degreasers, garage floor cleaners, and is a component of agent orange, the defoliant used by the New World Order killing machine against the people of Vietnam during that operation. Perhaps an even bigger red flag is the fact that it's chief non-industrial use is as a controlled skin irritant in laboratory tests. “According to the Journal of American College of Toxicology (Vol. 2, No. 7, 1983), SLS can damage the immune system; cause separation of skin layers and inflammation of the skin. The American College of Toxicology states that SLS/SLES can cause malformation of a baby's eyes. These chemicals are absorbed easily through the skin and wind up in the heart, liver, lungs and brain.”

According to compulsory US Safety Data information SLS: "causes long-term damage to the lungs, may cause allergic respiratory reaction, is harmful if inhaled or swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Causes severe eye irritation. Causes skin irritation. Avoid prolonged or repeated exposure."

And this from: “Studies show its danger to be considerable when used in personal care products. A solution of just 2% SLS can increase skin thickness, cause irritation, inflammation, and increase other forms of immune activity in the skin. Some shampoos contain more than 50% SLS.”

Other research suggests that SLS and SLES may cause potentially carcinogenic nitrates and dioxins to form in shampoos and cleansers by reacting with other commonly used ingredients, Nitrates - which are easily absorbed by the body - may enter the blood stream from just one shampooing.

In keeping with the provable premise that everything is upside down in our world both SLES and SLS have been found to actually damage hair follicles and cause hair loss. Shampoo!

The good news is the we don't have to consume these things. The monster producing them has a number of reasons to encourage us to do so:

  • To sell dangerous products
  • To increase the number of animals used in tests (different animals react differently and so depending on the species used they can be used to generate desirable results and give the appearance of safety to dangerous products) and this generates wealth for those involved
  • To do harm to consumers (to generate income and continue the cycle as above)
  • To sell drugs to fix the damage done to consumers by the dangerous chemicals (as above)

For every aspect we should resist but there are more pointing us in the same direction.

What if there was a further hidden aspect to the 'organic or not' debate, which sells us the official line that organic or not the crops taste pretty much the same? In some cases they do, but to discuss the flavour is to be comprehensively diverted.

It is subtle but this debate is a deception and deception is the most recurring theme of them all.

We are now encouraged to eat at least five portions of fruit or vegetables each day and this is a good thing but for the missing detail. Medical and scientific evidence shows that a diet rich in fruit and vegetables helps to combat cancer and other diseases, but do they? All of them? Why? The answers are not clear and cannot be fully explained in any coherent way by me or by anyone else by the look of it but some are trying.

According to one team of research scientists and natural product specialists, a group of natural plant compounds called Salvestrols may provide a significant part of the answer. They are telling us that Salvestrols can on the one hand help to explain how plants prevent cancer, and on the other hand offer a treatment for cancer with far fewer side effects than those caused by conventional chemotherapy, which in the majority of cases fails to kill more of the cancerous cells than healthy life giving ones before the patient is killed by the treatment.


Salvestrols are natural anti-pathogenic agents produced by fruits in response to attack by pathogens, but when the plants are sprayed with these synthetic agrochemicals in the form of herbicides and pesticides and fungicides they are artificially 'protected' so rarely get attacked by the pathogens and so lack the need to produce their salvestrols to kill them. These chemicals and post-harvest manufacturing techniques make eating fresh or canned produce probably far less healthy than we should expect, not that one should expect too much from the canned variety. It should be noted that not all organic food is free from chemicals and that the supermarkets can be trusted the least. Always as well to assume they are not chemical free, wash them anyway or better still grow your own or get them delivered straight from the organic grower who takes them straight from the field to order. The chemical additives also poison green fields and make animals sick and they provide soul less people with the wealth to do more bad things. It is a cycle we can break by our actions. There are concerted attacks taking place on our food supply – quite literal some of it, Here in the land of the free in 2010 police raid Rawsome Foods organic grocery store with guns drawn in search of contraband "raw-foods". The co op under attack represents the building battle with hijacked government over local organic food supply and the implications for our freedom from slavery of its widespread uptake. This revolves around a cow milk product which in my view belongs to a baby cow and shouldn't be consumed by weaned adult humans but the issue here is the forced imposition of controls on our food supply if we don't act.

Some plants produce more Salvestrols than others. Bright red and green plants of all kinds are good. Highly beneficial are globe artichokes, all greens especially broccoli and the cabbage family, avocado, watercress, red/yellow peppers, bean sprouts, celery and rocket salad. Good fruit sources of Salvestrols are red and black: grapes, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackberries, mulberries, cranberries etc. Basil, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, mint and the roots of milk thistle and dandelion are among the most beneficial herbs. Olives are good too. Recent research into the sources of Salvestrols has revealed that levels of these compounds are up to 30-fold higher in organic produce.


If you are like me then you will be drawn to the cheating meats, the soya cheeses and the sausages and pies and be positively smug about it. But there's another little secret, hidden away as it is in the endless list of barely pronounceable ingredients on the packet and on the do-nuts and snacks, salad dressings, puddings, sauces and so on. One of the more prolific additions to a great many processed foods is MSG – mono sodium glutamate, E621-- an effective flavour enhancing chemical that is produced by fermentation of wheat starch, sugar beets or molasses. It sounds it and it should be harmless but it is associated with reproductive disorders, migraine headaches, attacking the endocrine system and causing serious life changing ills. However it's dressed it up MSG is a chemical compound that simply does not belong in the human body in such quantities. The deceptive labelling is every bit the covering up of a crime. MSG has developed a bad name and its pushers know it and have taken to trying to deceive us to ensure we keep building up a store of their junk inside our bodies.

One could take the view that it's better for the animals that the consumer has a greater choice of non animal food products, but what of that considerate consumer, the one who is being teased to potential ill health by stealth and forced – yes indeed - to then take Big Pharma drugs to deal with the problems caused, do we really need more of them? It is us they are targeting with their shite! We fail to look after ourselves and who wins? They do, all round.

As evidence of MSG-induced brain lesions and endocrine disorders was repeatedly documented through cruel, repetitive experiments using non human animals, the industry turned to engineering human studies that limited the number of adverse reaction, and would allow the authors to conclude no relationship between MSG ingestion and adverse reactions.

How do you do this? First torture countless thousands of sentient beings then, if unhappy with the results you get ignore the results and deny that the conclusions are in any way relevant to humans because animals are different. Ignoring animal test results should be the first step we take on the road to understanding human health and disease but these people rely heavily on them when it suits, such as engineering a test or using an animal that will tolerate the poison you wish to market as safe. That's how it works!

In MSG trials they used placebos laced with aspartame (another now prolific nasty which contains neurotoxic aspartic acid, a structural analog of the glutamic acid found in mono sodium glutamate) and ensured that the placebo responses levelled out the MSG reactions so they didn't look quite so bad. Aspartame was an accident in the making but its inclusion as an artificial sweetener in thousands of products and the cover up regarding safety is quite deliberate. A cause of cancers and endocrine disruption, among other things, aspartame is found in crisps, confectionery, chewing gums, diet and sports drinks, vitamin pills and medicines it is consumed by an awful lot of people most of whom are children. Yet the science that supported its approval according to many including one MP who tried to get it banned was "biased, inconclusive and incompetent."

Not content filling our food with chemicals they seek also to limit our access to the natural products which heal. Another “conspiracy theory” isn't a theory after all! We should take note of the pattern here.

This legislation has not even been discussed in the UK parliament, instead it is forced upon us by the European dictatorship which we need to remove ourselves from as an absolute priority. We also need to tell every one we know that the very same control freaks running the EU have, while we slept, engineered legislation to force vaccinate us all against our will whenever they see fit. That's right, we are to be banned from choosing to take herbs which heal and instead must take poisons which harm. Sound like progress in a democracy or something else?

MSG is a neurotoxin. It is able to penetrate the blood brain barrier creating havoc at the centre of the brain. It is really deceptive to add small amounts of ingredients without listing them all? Are you be unmoved by the fact that the 'yeast extract' and 'flavourings' on the ingredient list contain a hidden source of MSG? It is as wide spread as the SLS's in natural, health food products and we should not be duped into thinking that the two go together.

MSG is found hiding in TVP, textured vegetable protein, hydrolyzed vegetable protein,vegetable broth, yeast extract, malt extract,calcium caseinate, smoke flavouring, hydrolyzed yeast, autolyzed yeast, natural flavoring, other spices and gelatine, a gooey tasteless substance made from boiled down animal ligaments, tendons, bones and associated matter which is often mixed with sugar and flavourings (more hidden MSG) and some E numbers to make sweets, or candy for children. Yumeeee! Try getting away from that lot!

It is also worth some consideration if you are feeding commercial pet food to your companion animals if it contains any of the following lovelies: textured protein, yeast extract, hydrolyzed protein, glutamic acid, gelatin, or sodium or calcium caseinate. They always contain MSG and whey protein, soy protein, soy sauce, carrageenan or vegetable gum, anything fermented, chicken, beef or pork smoke flavourings often do.

Oh before I move on: the vaccines. Here is Merck's MMR – Measles-Mumps-Rubella list of ingredients (where MSG is somehow one of the most appealing!): Measles, mumps, rubella live virus, neomycin sorbitol, hydrolysed gelatin, chick embryonic fluid, and human diploid cells from aborted foetal tissue.

Or their Varivax – Chickenpox: varicella live virus, neomycin phosphate, sucrose, monosodium glutamate (MSG), processed gelatin, fetal bovine serum, guinea pig embryo cells, albumin from human blood, and human diploid cells from aborted fetal tissue.

Hmmm... Hmmm!

Nancy Appleton, PhD, clinical nutritionist, has compiled a list of 146 reasons on how sugar is ruining our health in her book Lick the Sugar Habit. Here are some of them:

Sugar feeds cancer, increases cholesterol, can weaken eyesight, cause drowsiness and decreased activity in children, can interfere with the absorption of protein, causes food allergies, contributes to diabetes, can decrease growth hormone, can contribute to eczema in children, can cause cardiovascular disease, can impair the structure of DNA, can cause hyperactivity, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and crankiness in children, contributes to the reduction in defence against bacterial infection (infectious diseases), greatly assists the uncontrolled growth of Candida Albicans (yeast infections) and contributes to osteoporosis. But it tastes great and it's cheap, still the odds are stacked against it.

All that aside the truth is that for many of us giving up sugar is not going to happen. The good news for the addicts is that there are alternatives. I have drastically cut my intake – just some Waitrose sugar filled chocolate bars and the odd stodgy bag of ingredients in the form of co-op donuts to deal with but other than that xylitol fills the gaps in my life. It sound like some Pharma concoction but this stuff looks tastes and cooks like sugar and is actually apparently good for us!

Xylitol comes from birch and other hardwood trees and from fibrous fruit and vegetables.

Not only does it taste sugar but has a minimal effect on blood sugar and insulin levels. Xylitol can be used to clean your teeth! It is found in toothpastes, fights plaque and fights Candida, a potentially serious yeast infection which grows around dis-ease and can prevent healing and is fed by sugar, yeast and refined carbs.

Health food stores sell it so it isn't going to be as cheap and as a bag of Tate & Lyle The other downside of xylitol is that it is very toxic to dogs.

Stevia is another alternative In its powdered concentrate it is 300 times sweeter than sugar, so only tiny amounts are needed. Stevia has been widely used for centuries but has now attracted the attention of the US authorities much the same as natural medicine and organic food, leading to searches and seizures, trade complaints and embargoes on importation. The FDA act as if Stevia were an illegal drug and while it can still be sold legally in the US it cannot be advertised as a sweetener or even referred to as sweet.

Now to the height of the deception.

The Sun

According to the official line and by extension the popular view, the sun is dangerous and will give us cancer. According to others the best source of the essential life giving cancer preventing Vitamin D is the sun. The sun was worshipped by the earliest civilisations and even today we await the rebirth of the son (sun) and are told he will rise again (every morning!) It took me 40 years to figure out that I'd been mislead when indoctrinated to worship the birth of the light giving 'Jesus' with his 12 disciples ( the sun & the 12 signs of the zodiac) On December 22nd the sun (Son) reaches the lowest point in the southern sky and for three days appears to have died (and the bottom of the cross marked by the Cross of the Zodiac which represents the sun as it figuratively passes over the course of the year through the 12 constellations, 4 seasons, the solstices and the equinoxes.

The Jesus story from birth to death and resurrection is astrological and is hiding the truth, which is actually quite rational. No longer must we believe it is purely coincidence that Sirius, the Star in the East, and the brightest star in the night sky on December 24th aligns with the three brightest stars of Orion's Belt, also called the Three Kings. The Three Kings are represented on Earth in the layout of the pyramids of the Giza plateau in Egypt.

Egyptian sun God Horus was born on December 25th,3000 BC to a virgin, his birth was accompanied by a star in the East, he was preacher at 12, was baptised at 30, performed miracles, had 12 followers and so on and so forth. In fact his story is a mirror of Jesus several thousand years later. Jesus is just the latest in a long line of mythical sun gods for who this story has been told many times before and accepted by the unthinking masses.


On Dec 25th the Three Kings point toward or 'follow' the origin of the sun 'rise'. The Three Kings therefore journey to witness the 'birth of the Son', personified by ancient cultures to represent the life giving sun. In all probability the one they dubbed Jesus never actually existed and all the sacrifices made in His and his father's name should cease until proven otherwise.

On December 22 the sun (Son) appears to have 'died 'on the cross', the Southern Cross or Crux constellation and remains at the same place for three days (dies), at least that's how it appears, before it begins to rise again. The Sun (Jesus' or Christ), the Light of the World is reborn or resurrected or is Risen on December 25th eventually becoming Most High, at the highest point in the sky, at the summer solstice on June 22. Worshipping the sun has been turned into a circus and the truth hidden by the clowns. We been deceived!

Back to the point. Vitamin D, it is said, prevents cancer and many other diseases yet the big chemical companies and politicians will tell you that you need to coat your body in their sun block potions in order to deprive yourself of it! The cancer industry is another propagator of myths about the sun, but such lies cannot survive for long.

For many 'Almighty thou art in heaven' is leading to a greater understanding of our world. The sun brings a feeling of warmth and well being and feels good on the body. It brightens the day for most of us. It gives life on a grand scale. Without it humans for one would be seriously fucked, which is not unlike the situation our worship of sun gods has got us into! Equally perverse, the sun creams we are encouraged to paint on our skin contain a raft of toxic cancer causing chemicals. It seems increasingly clear that there is a concerted effort by the highest echelons of evil to censor the truth about the healing properties of sunlight and its effect our lives. Or perhaps is it just a coincidence! Who is able to suppress this information so comprehensively and who benefits if we now keep it to ourselves?

It's also been used disastrously successfully at separating us from the natural world and instead submitting us to a dark, hidden authority. This continued process is paramount to their success and our demise. We must reconnected with the natural world and understand our intricate relationship with it.

Among these synthetic sun block lotions we find 'artificial fragrances' and 'pefume' or parfum. Theses are like the 'flavourings' they put in food – they are deceptive. This single perfume ingredient may alone hide hundreds of chemicals.

Both the ingredients and their effect on health are trade secrets so it's worth noting that the perfume on the packet hides otherwise useless chemicals.

These chemicals are absorbed through the skin where they enter the bloodstream and go to work on the organs or the immune system. You may not be affected, certainly not immediately but someone you don't know has taken away your right to decide what you put in your body and this is worth considering.

We are free to continue to taking the official advice and the latest products but we may wish to consider that this advice is bad, that the human body needs the sun's rays in order to convert vitamin D and that this nutrient is essential in preventing disease.

'Environmentally Friendly' Lightbulbs

And to complete the heath deception and this lengthy analysis we come to those planet saving light bulbs we are being forced to use, those which when not hiding from the sun outdoors we are bathing ourselves in indoors. I felt something like satisfied that I was being responsible by investing in these wonderful things and trying to light my home with them. And then I did some research, alerted once again by someone who was being laughed at by people and called all kinds of names simply for sharing information he had uncovered which they didn't want to hear. Ignoring things you don't agree with is reasonably mature but this modern human instinct to attack the messenger isn't very bright, a little like these CFL light bulbs!

The dirty electricity that the vast majority CFL bulbs emit fogs the brain and can cause depression, fatigue, confusion, dizziness, ringing in the ears, eye strain, nausea and skin irritations. Sufferers of lupus, epilepsy, and other similar conditions report that the bulbs can trigger painful symptoms. CF bulbs have been linked to migraines and can cause seizures in light sensitive people, but the negative impact are far more widespread than this and as with everything destructive we do it affects us all.

CFL's (Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs) contain 4mg - 5 mg of deadly mercury, a very small amount of one of the most toxic elements on Earth. Each little bulb - and there are already many millions of them out there - contains enough of this clingy toxic poison to contaminate thousands of gallons of water. Breaking one open in the home will pose a serious risk to health if inhaled particularly for those who don't know what they are dealing with. The majority of us, I would suggest. Even guidance from government says that the home should be evacuated to avoid breathing in the vapour should a breakage occur. Mercury is a serious health hazard which accumulates in the body and can damage the nervous system, the lungs and kidneys and the spine, which is perhaps why they put it into vaccinations? That's another story. They wont tell this on the packet but if you do break one of these bulbs do not vacuum it up! Doing so traps mercury particles in your vacuum bag - to be inevitably blown around the house each time you switch on! We are advised to evacuate the room until the vapour has shifted then collect the breakage with sticky tape, but don't take my word for it check it out out yourself.

Foreign demand, sparked by a European Union dictate making these bulbs compulsory by 2012 has led to the opening of thousands of Chinese CFL factories and the poisoning of large numbers of workers. Sealed mercury mines have been reopened and sure enough the metal extraction is devastating the environment and poisoning wildlife.

How can it be that 'environmentally friendly' light bulbs can be so environmentally destructive?

How long will we fool ourselves into believing that all this is merely a side effect of modern human civilisation and ignore that its ruthlessly orchestrated?

We outwit these underdeveloped psychos in striving to be self sufficient again, buying locally and organic. We stop attacking with each other over viewpoints and focus on those who matter.

We take a big step towards defeating the globalists and their control agenda if we revert to what works best and is most sustainable and loosens the grip they have on our food supply. Another huge step comes from accepting we don't know it all and open ourselves to learning and sharing. The control system needs for us to live in the darkness and be afraid of the light.

This essay was inspired by the wildlife I see suffering the spread of our poisons and the next generation of our own who will have to clean up the mess. And a desire for the truth.
